Overall Roles & Responsibilities Description
Role:
•Lead our efforts to increase business revenue through new client acquisition within the North American geography by promoting increased awareness of our Service Offerings. Develop and nurture new clients in domains and industries currently not part of pipeline.
•Define and develop a regional marketing strategy consistent with the corporate growth goals and tactical plans. Provide fresh insight to the current and future trends of service support in North America so that these strategies can be adjusted accordingly.
•Maintain working relationship with our Engineering Delivery Teams so that a firm understanding of our current and potential competencies remains apparent. Work with our Delivery Heads to identify trends that require further or expanded competency training. Providing constructive feedback from the marketplace which will allow our Delivery Teams to maintain relevance.
•Establish relationships and build trust with client hiring managers to understand their operating culture, outsourcing strategies and staff augmentation methodologies.
Responsibilities:
•Develop a credible revenue pipeline that will shape our revenue and budget projections for the reporting year. The evolving Revenue Pipeline will clearly identify engagement maturity (Prospect, Non-Qualified, Qualified, Commit, etc.) as well as win probabilities and actions being taken to march these prospects to the commit stage.
•Define and grow trusting engagements throughout the clients’ hierarchy. Establish relationships with key decision-makers in the clients’ organization (General Manager’s, Senior VP’s, Directors, etc.) while nurturing client relationships at the execution level (Project Leads, Buyers, etc.).
•Regional Revenue recognition consistent with forecasted Business Plan
•Support and maintain the Prospect-to-Order processes/procedures of the Company while providing constructive insights to process improvements.
•Periodic reporting to Senior Management based on defined templates and review/reporting frequency.
•Practice engagements consistent with global policies and procedures and in keeping with the company’s core values.
Territory / Travel Expectations
•Responsible for Engineering (including staffing) Service opportunities in North America (US, Canada & Mexico)
•Regional (North American) and periodic international travel to be expected
Experience / Requirements
•Ten to Twenty years in the Automotive / Engineering / Engineering Services field with preference toward direct experience in Engineering Service Sales
•Knowledge of Product design process, lifecycle and key activities involved therein.
•Ability to define and articulate Offering value propositions to potential Clients.
•Knowledge of Manufacturing Processing, Engineering, Robotics, Automation Systems in the Automotive, Aerospace, Agricultural, Heavy Equipment, Consumer Goods and Logistics Verticals is preferred
