Description:
- This candidate will learn how to work independently with little supervision. They will assist a variety of departments through basic daily IT needs. They will partner with facility leadership team to develop new solutions. This role requires the candidate to complete a variety of tasks every day.
Typical Day:
- Working directly on application / technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions.
- Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components.
- Working with vendors on the integration of purchased application(s) and/or infrastructure.
- Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support.
- Set up user accounts for system access, Windows domain, lotus notes, etc.
- Maintain server backup for data integrity and data restoration
- Maintain file, print, and application servers including CITRIX terminal servers
- Set up new users for the PBX/Phone System, account access new numbers
- Maintain audix message system, user database, backup and restores.
- Set up new users.
- Position manages the completion of their own work assignments and coordinates work with others.
- Communication and customer service focus are necessary.
- Ability to listen to others is important to the position.

Education Requirements:
- HS Diploma with three years relevant IT experience required. 2 year technical preferred.
- Will accept a new graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in IT.
