Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Driving the creation and delivery of value-added IT solutions for Finance, Accounting, and Sales.
- Performing data extraction and analysis to assist teams with decision-making processes.
- Developing and implementing policies and standards for systems development life cycle, user administration, and application development, consistent with evolving governance, SOX, and management principles.
- Documenting comprehensive business requirements, including process flows, business rules, interface design, data analysis, and data mapping.
- Creating system, end-user, and project documentation.
- Assisting with direct support of various operational departments.
- Conducting gap analysis to identify current and future needs for process improvements.
This Business Analyst role involves significant functional business analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, reporting, and ERP support. The analyst will play a key role in supporting business operations and driving process improvements.
Travel and Availability:
Up to 25% travel is required for this role. You must also be willing to work after hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of business process experience in sales, supply chain, manufacturing, accounting, or finance.
- Experience with Stratix ERP.
- 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role with Salesforce.
- CCBA or higher certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis.
- General understanding of project management principles.
