Key Responsibilities:
Patient Information Management:
- Validate and enter patient information and insurance coverage into the EMR system.
- Manage new referrals and schedule appointments effectively.
Communication and Patient Care:
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Greet patients upon arrival, minimizing wait times.
- Complete the check-in process, including collecting co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles.
- Answer and redirect calls, assist callers with inquiries or concerns.
- Guide patients through their appointments and clinic procedures.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and employees.
Requirements:
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with outstanding customer service skills.
- Quick learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
