Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Test Technician for our client in San Jose. This is a 100% onsite, temp to perm position, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm with a starting pay of $32 - $36 an hour. THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE. PLEASE READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND APPLY IF YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED SKILLS.
Summary:
- Work with network analyzer, spectro analyzers, power meters, checking test circuits and fixtures, testing components,
- Diagnose issues on product to find root cause,
- Perform failure analysis on units,
- ID and recoop dispositions of defective parts.
- Needs to know how to read a SPC chart, solid understanding of Microsoft Excel,
- Solid understanding of copy exact principles, ability to troubleshoot PCBA's is a plus, SAP is a plus.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS):
- ASEE or equivalent electronics trade school, or Electrical Engineer or equivalent experience
- SAP experience is a plus
