Are you a motivated EHS Professional?
I am looking for driven Engineers to join an exiting, late-stage start-up, to take ownership of and continuously improve a strong culture of safety across all departments.
Company Profile:
Reinventing Li-ion battery technology & manufacturing methods for EV, grid, E-mobility, and aviation applications.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for safe operations in a fast-paced R&D and pilot production environment.
- Perform incident investigations & assume ownership of Process Safety Management, including PHA, PSSR, JSA, and NMI program.
- Lead training of new and existing employees to all EHS programs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+years directly related work experience - Lab / Clean-room / Biochem / Batteries / Hazardous Materials / Chemicals
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations including OHSA, EPA, DEP, DOT.
Nice to Have:
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Certification
- Certified or Associate Safety Professional (CSP/ASP) Certification
- Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) Certification
