Responsibilities:
Must-haves:
5 years of experince in Automotive Industry.
Experience of the General Assembly, Experience writing PFMEAs, Reverse PFMEAs, Control Plans, and a good knowledge of Lean Management
Experience on Team Center
Tools / software / methodology / certification: Software= Team Center, methodology = lean management
Autonomous, Able to find the information by himself
At least 5 years in general assembly
Day to day activities (concrete examples + pictures, schemas to illustrate the final “product”):
Set up meetings with resident engineers
Do the PFMEA (and reverse PFMEA) for each component (components of the high voltage batteries especially)
Gather information from the operator regarding each component (the purpose of the quality team is to make sure to control that an operator installs the right part at the right moment)
Physically go look what is happening on the line and establish reports
