Job Summary
We seek an experienced Plumbing Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial plumbing projects for tenant improvements and special projects. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in project management, estimating, and sales, ensuring projects are timely and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Led and managed commercial plumbing projects from planning to successful completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates, analyze scope, materials, and labor, and manage project budgets to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (estimators, engineers, and field personnel) to ensure seamless project execution and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering repeat business and identifying new business opportunities in the Riverside area.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid to track progress, monitor expenses, and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience in commercial plumbing project management.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial plumbing projects, including tenant improvements and special projects.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Trimble AutoBid for project tracking, documentation, and budgeting.
- Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations, focusing on safety and compliance.
- Local and stable work history within the Riverside, CA region, with a successful project completion track record.
- Excellent skills in client relationship management, estimating, and business development.
