This position is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of their office services and mailroom department. Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, sort and distribute all incoming deliveries/mail
- Log in and distribute all incoming faxes
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the mailroom
- Operate, and restock all copiers
- Replace printer/copy toners and perform light copier maintenance
- Assist with special assignments as requested by attorneys/clients
- Handle Court/Messenger runs
- Assist with internal office moves
- Operate postage meter
- Maintaining cleanliness appearance of the Mailroom Department
- Stock and maintain common areas
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-3 years Mailroom related experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of mailroom environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work well under pressure
- Self-starter who can work independently
