Job Summary
We are in search of a highly proficient HR Recruiter with substantial experience in recruiting for specialized back office, support and sales job opportunities. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier talent, an in-depth understanding of the technology workforce market, and the capability to expedite the hiring process effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, encompassing job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and sustain a robust candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to comprehend our staffing requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews.
- Negotiate job offers and oversee the hiring process to ensure a superior candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on HR Backoffice, Support and Sales roles.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment with the ability to hire across the US.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a comprehensive understanding of Linkedin, Dice, Monster and Indeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Bullhorn is preferred.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

Working Conditions:
This is a 3-6 month contract.
This is a remote position requiring availability during standard business hours Monday-Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific Hours).
Preference will be given to candidates residing on the West Coast, especially in California.
