About the Job
We seek skilled and motivated Endur System Analysts / Engineers to become a key part of our team. The ideal candidates will bring both functional and technical expertise with Endur v16+, including:
- Deal capture
- Reference data
- Invoicing and settlements
- APM
- Reporting – Report Builder, JVS
- Endur data model & data model extensions for developing and analyzing Endur reports (standard and custom)
- Endur JVS, OpenComponents
- Risk valuation - PnL, VAR, MTM
- APIs for analyzing issues and developing custom reports/views
- Endur Architecture and supporting critical system services
- Services Manager
- EOD
- TPM
Professional Qualifications
- Must be able to work in small teams, or alone, for project delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, to deliver high quality solutions to clients
- Abie to liaise with other teams to resolve cross functional issues
- Experienced with managing the day to day operational use of a large, enterprise-grade application
- Understanding of Change Management best practices and how to apply them
- Strong client service interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in an Application/Production Support capacity
