The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and team of 16 people with a P&L of $8M. This includes managing staff, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly, and identifying areas for improvement. The Operations Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Manage budgets and allocate resources appropriately
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or we will consider related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience working in an engineering or technical environment in a service driven company
- Experience working in any of the following industries: Electrical Testing, Electric Power Transmission, Control, and Distribution; Construction (Specialty Trade Contractors/Electrical Contracting); Data Centers; Nuclear/Energy
- 5+ years of experience as a GM/OM with P&L management
- Customer interfacing and sales/BD experience
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance (OSHA, NFP70E)
