We are conducting a search for a Bilingual Spanish Leadership & Sales Trainee for the Dallas area for one of the largest privately-held wholesale distributors of industrial supplies in the US. The Bilingual Leadership & Sales Trainee role will prepare you to pursue a career in sales, operations or management. The company will invest in your future by providing a development program that will expose you to all aspects of the business and will work with you to gain an understanding of your skill sets and career desires. During the program, you are provided guidance from mentors, and hands on learning is supplemented with coaching from experienced leaders, a variety of training courses, and visits with customers and vendors.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/ English in speaking and writing (professionally proficient)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership, sales, operations, or customer service role (through work, school, or extracurricular activities)
