We are a growing Law Firm, looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing firm. The role is HYBRID! We are seeking someone with extensive litigation experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Commercial Litigation experience
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Licensed in Florida and in good standing
- Ability to work well independently
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to provide expert advice on legal matters' strengths and challenges
- Supervise and manage a caseload of litigation cases, ensuring consistent progress toward resolution and keeping clients regularly informed
- Offer clear guidance and supervision to support staff such as legal assistants and paralegals, ensuring responsibility for assigned tasks
- Prepare various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and necessary paperwork, and conduct thorough legal research when necessary
