We are seeking an experienced office manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic interior design office environment and support senior executives and design team in various administrative tasks.

Office Manager Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Handle Payroll Processing
- Organize product receipts for submission to CPA
- Update Proforma documents to reflect current invoice and expense data
- Ensure timely payment of credit cards and check deposits
- Complete Annual Insurance Audit Reports
Technology Administrator:
- Maintain and secure account credentials for company systems and platforms.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources.
- Oversee and manage the company's Microsoft account, including user access and permissions.
- Coordinate the setup of new PCs, ensuring all software and hardware configurations are properly installed and maintain office equipment
Human Resources:
- Maintain and update employee personnel files
- Administer Blue Cross Insurance, including managing employee enrollments and policy updates.
Office Administration and Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for the design team and national project installations, ensuring smooth logistics
- Manage inventory for office and breakroom supplies
- Support receiving office deliveries, inspecting items for accuracy and condition, and assist with local deliveries when necessary
- Assist purchasing manager with ordering product for projects
- Handle business licenses, registrations and certifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 5 years of office management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite ( Excel specifically) OneDrive and Monday.com a plus!
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Professional appearance
- Highly organized, detail oriented, accurate, and neat in all aspects of the job.
- Works well under pressure; able to multitask, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Able to travel for interior design installations if needed
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely
