A client of ours in the Financial Advisory industry is seeking a Temp-to-perm Executive Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience and is a team player. Please apply if this role interests you, the client is looking to move very quickly!!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in meeting prep and set up. Contacting hotels and venue sites for availability and quotes for in person meetings for portfolio companies, setting up dinners at restaurants/sending out the invites, setting up Teams meetings.
- Be able to book both domestic and international travel with confidence, savvy with travel appointments and utilizing points, e-credits and booking for friends/family.
- Assist with home projects and meet vendors/contractors at the home while renovations take place. Make sure these vendors are paid and keep a good record of such.
- Will be working with another EA and still working out the exacts on the scheduling. Must be able to take direction from EA who is already there and work side by side as a team so the Managing Partner’s schedule/appts/bills etc. (both personal and business) are taken care of without issues.
- Run personal errands for Managing Partner.
- Be proficient in Concur expense reporting.
- Travel capable (for both personal and business).
- Energetic, upbeat and a positive team player attitude.
- Be able to work efficiently without a lot of communication.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple changes. Must be adaptable as things change quickly.
- Be a fast learner/good note taker and try to solve problems and situations on your own.
- Needs to understand when to bring others into the fold on Managing Partner's travel – accounting and compliance for documentation.
