The Plant Manager will handle communications regarding plant results between the production facility and corporate management. Solid experience in multi-department plant operations is needed. Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Heavily Preferred
- 3-5 Years on Manufacturing Operations Management Experience - Preferably in a Food / Beverage / CPG Plant
- 5-8 Years of Progressive Leadership Experience in Food / Beverage Production Plant
- Strong Leadership & Team Building Ability. Plant Turnaround Experience is Desirable
- Knowledge of Food Safety / SQF / USDA Standards
