Miron and Calaso are looking for their next full-time Decoration and Custom Project Lead to develop our decoration & semi-custom projects offering.

Position Overview: Join our sales team as a Decoration and Custom Project Lead, leveraging your organizational skills and attention to detail to orchestrate and manage decoration and custom projects. From concept to the final, beautifully adorned product, you will also coordinate semi-custom projects and identify suitable suppliers for custom closures or non-stock items.
The candidate will be able to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills to keep supervisors abreast of wins, project timelines, and potential or active fires that need addressing.
Responsibilities:
Project coordination:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients seeking bespoke decoration services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and our network of top-tier decoration partners for flawless project execution.
- Craft and maintain project timelines, providing transparent communication on progress.
Artwork management & decoration partner selection:
- Engage with clients to capture and understand their unique artwork requirements.
- Discern and recommend the right decoration partner to fit their needs.
- Negotiate and solidify agreements with decoration partners, ensuring alignment with cost-effectiveness and our unwavering quality standards.
Lead Time management:
- Vigilantly manage lead times for decoration projects, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays to meet client deadlines.
- Work with purchasing team and customers to anticipate larger order forecast and ensure product availability.
Supplier coordination for semi-custom and non-stock items:
- Collaborate with clients on semi-custom projects, ensuring their vision is brought to life.
- Identify and liaise with suitable suppliers for custom closures or non-stock items, maintaining a keen focus on quality and efficiency.
Communication and collaboration:
- Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, clients, decoration partners, and suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with our sales teams, gaining insights into client needs and expectations, and providing regular updates on project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and coordination, preferably in the packaging or decoration industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with decoration processes, such as screen printing, bottle spraying, and hot stamping.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $57,000 - $66,000 per year
+ Variable based on company & personal performance
