Senior FP&A Manager – Fort Lauderdale – Florida

With this exceptional growth over the past 18 months and forecasted to grow even further due to scale our client is keen to bring in a Senior Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis to assist with the growth of their FP&A function where you will work closely with the CFO an COO of the firm to develop FP&A Functionality and Strategy.
Role Focus:
- Creates and manages complex financial models to support the accurate forecasting of revenue, expenses, and liquidity.
- Partners with the CFO and other key leadership on top-level priorities and objectives
- Forecast and analyse financial performance, including revenue projections, expense management, and cash flow optimization for restricted and unrestricted cash.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop annual budgets and long-term financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries to facilitate decision-making at various levels of the organization.
- Partner with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and business plans that drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of strategic decisions on financial outcomes.
- Communicate financial insights, recommendations, and key performance indicators to senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams.
- Present financial reports and analysis findings in clear, concise, and compelling formats to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making processes.
- Track revolver balances and determine appropriate borrowing and payback timing
We are seeking a master’s Level Graduate and or CPA with at least 7 plus years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience. Excellent Financial Modelling skills are a key criterion of this role as you assist in developing Financial Planning and Analysis models to assist the firm as they scale.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work closely with the Senior Leadership of the firm and add a considerable amount of value to the success of the firm whilst getting close to the decision making and having a direct influence on that decision making through the FP&A process.
