Job Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day operation Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including scheduling, modification, archiving, scanning supporting documentation and distribution of work order/compliance documentation. Works closely with Plant Engineering Leadership to ensure timely and complete compliance documentation data in the CMMS. This position will also plan and implement upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality to CMMS. The Administrator is an internal customer-facing role and requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, customer service, verbal & written communication skills.

Job Description:
System Administration:
Manage the operation of the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS), manage and audit equipment inventories in line with correct risk criteria, audit work distribution, and manage CMMS database.
Compliance:
Maintain regulatory checklist forms, asset/equipment inventories, and scanning of supporting compliance documentation in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Project Participation/Completion:
Assure project closeout documentation, inventories, and assets are entered seamlessly into Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Regulatory Documentation:
Development of Life Safety and Environment of Care documentation and distribution of documents to the respective Plant Engineering sites/offices.
Application Knowledge:
Serves as a senior subject matter expert on Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Maintains in-depth knowledge of the CMMS throughout the system s lifecycle as well as the technical tools used to support the system.
CMMS training of new Plant Engineering Associates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
- Associate degree
- Associate degree requirement can be waived if the candidate has (5) or more years' experience supporting an applicable application.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Maintenance Activities & Equipment
- Familiarity with EOC/LS Compliance
- Familiarity with routine office procedures and software packages used in the office environment.
- Must have a valid driver s license and a driving record that will meet SEH insurance requirements.
Kind and Length of Experience:
- 5-year experience in clerical office work utilizing software packages such as spreadsheets, word processing and database programs
- 5 years experience as a user or administrator with CMMS systems.
