Sales/Solutions Manager Opportunity

Target Annual Salary: $95k-$120k
Hybrid in Richmond, VA
Looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills that can help simplify the buying experience, speed up complicated deal closures, and generate accurate quotes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in engineering, business engineering with IT or a related field.
- 5 years experience delivering technology solutions in sales, Ecommerce, sales operations or a related field.
- Knowledge of software development and integration of sales software solutions with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong project management, leadership, and organization skills
- Understanding of data correlation and data modeling
- PMP or Scrum certification preferred
- Strong understanding of sales processes with strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise during the development and implementation of technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
