We are seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors to our busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Schedule meetings, client visits, and company events
- Assist with the application and onboarding process for new hires
- Process invoices
- Perform basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Track time sheets for payroll
- Support executive and operations leadership
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in basic office software and equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
- Professional demeanor
