Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Writer with blockchain expertise to create and maintain clear documentation for our products and services. You will work with product managers and engineers to develop user manuals, guides, and API documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and release notes, focused on blockchain technology.
- Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to gather and document technical information.
- Translate complex blockchain concepts into clear, accessible content.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
- Update existing documentation with blockchain-related changes.
- Use CMS and documentation tools effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a technical writer.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with CMS, wiki platforms, or version control systems.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus.
Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA
Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 base salary + equity + benefits
