Seeking a Network Administrator to work on an IT team with our client in the hospitality & real estate industry. This position reports directly to the IT Manager and is an excellent opportunity for technical development and playing an integral part in the IT infrastructure.
- Providing level 1/2 IT troubleshooting and support for internal clients.
- Understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Setup, configuration, and installation of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
- Server support and troubleshooting - pinging, tracing, triaging to diagnose issues and executing proper remediation.
- Maintaining documentation network configurations, changes, and any issues that arise.
- Utilizing Active Directory to manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the network.
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Administration, or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA)
- 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and non-technical end users as necessary.
Full Time position with on-site requirements 5 days/week
Local travel to satellite office locations is required and reimbursed
