RESPONSIBILITIES Architect the firm’s derivatives technology platform to optimize software structure and modularization Build in data transparency and observability capabilities with coherent design patterns for integration with third party vendor tools Lead, and grow, a team of technologists who will continuously develop their knowledge on financial derivatives industry regarding its data flows and system integrations Manage and coordinate project-based efforts across teams consisting of investment professionals, developers, analysts, QAs, and other stakeholders Coach and supervise a team of engineers, QAs and DevOps analysts, both onshore and offshore through the software development life cycle Champion the needs of the business partners; act as their fiduciary
