LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing company in the Everett, WA area in search of an experienced Maintenance Manager. Applicant should have previous experience in managing a team. This person should also be comfortable ensuring necessary utilities are working correctly and possess strong organizational skills in order to keep track of multiple projects at once.
What you will do:
- Assessing the systems in place to ensure that they are both safe and operating efficiently.
- Check quality standards, functionality of services and machines regularly.
- Direct maintenance activities: schedule repairs, maintenance and installation of machines.
- Escalate any problems and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to business.
- Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employees.
- Analyze processes to ensure efficient functioning and perform analysis to make adjustments.
- Manage a larger team and have the ability to keep that team accountable.
- Work in cross functional departments to resolve maintenance issues and adjust how to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, production lines or related fields.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
