We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Project Manager to oversee key financial operations and drive the successful delivery of finance-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the P2P process, experience with finance functions, and a background in IT business applications. This role requires a hands-on leader who is highly organized, excellent in communication, and experienced in managing cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead finance-related projects, ensuring timely and successful project delivery
Manage critical financial functions including:
- Accounts Payables & Vendor Management
- Treasury and International Taxes (Latin America preferred)
- Financial Reporting, Consolidation, and Month-end Closing
- Fixed Assets, Payment Terms, and Accounts Receivable
- Serve as the key liaison between finance and IT departments
- Manage JD Edwards (AS/400 version preferred) and TM1 financial tools for project success
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets; familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and DOMO is a plus
- Oversee data management tasks, including working with data marts, data lakes, and data warehouses (Snowflake knowledge is a plus)
- Ensure smooth integration of APIs, SFTP, EDI, ETL (Informatica) for financial systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management, with PMP certification preferred
- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and finance functions
- Expertise in JD Edwards (AS/400 version preferred) and TM1 (IBM's financial planning tool)
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Power Apps, DOMO, and Snowflake is highly desirable
- Knowledge of data management (data lakes, marts, warehouses) and interfaces (API, SFTP, EDI, ETL)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, with a proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
