Senior Executive Assistant
Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who brings a genuine passion for supporting both the business and the individual needs of the C-Suite. The ideal candidate for this role will need to have 5+ years of senior executive experience, strong calendar management skills, able to coordinate travel arrangements, and handle the day-to-day administrative duties. Candidate must be reliable, confident, motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills and can work well under pressure.
Compensation: 100-150K

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the C-Suite, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Anticipate and address the needs of the C-level executive, ensuring proactive and efficient management of tasks and responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the C-Suite and other executives, staff, and external partners
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in the planning and execution of business events, lunches, dinners, and other activities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for business-related activities and commitments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience providing c-suite support
- Strong business acumen and understanding of best practices in executive support
- Heavy calendar management experience
- Experience effectively communicating and building relationships with senior management
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level discretion
- Outstanding work ethic and reliability
- Advanced MS Office Suite experience
