Manufacturing & CNC Engineer
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Reports to: Director of Engineering
Compensation: $85 - $95K DOE + performance-based bonus.

Responsibilities & Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer:
- Requires 3+ years of experience in tool design and CNC programming, with proficiency in Solidworks & Mastercam. Experience in thermoforming is a plus but not mandatory.
- Program, develop, and maintain 3 & 5 Axis CNC programs for tooling, fixturing, and machined parts.
- Collaborate with the Design Engineer and Tooling Techs to finalize the design of thermoforming tooling and prototypes using Solidworks to meet customer needs and production schedules.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to solve design issues and improve processes.
- Manage all aspects of tooling projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost control. Project volume may fluctuate throughout the year, depending on client demand and production schedules. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects and adjusting to varying workloads.
- Develop and update tooling standards and fabrication processes to align with company objectives.
- Work with Quality to create QA gauges and support tooling standards for new and existing products, while enforcing safety, environmental, and health regulations, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
