The Opportunity 🚀
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in:
- Enhancing equipment reliability and performance
- Providing technical support for troubleshooting
- Managing work orders and improving maintenance processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures
- Develop and improve preventative/predictive maintenance programs
- Manage maintenance schedules and part procurement
- Perform maintenance-related projects for continuous improvement
- Maintain the computerized maintenance management system
- Collaborate with internal customers, vendors, and contractors
- Conduct systems lifecycle assessments and recommend upgrades
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Experience with maintenance management systems
- Ability to work in an industrial setting and as part of a diverse team
Compensation & Benefits 💰💼
- Annual salary range: $90,000 to $95,000+
- 6% annual bonus potential
- Merit increase eligibility on an annual basis
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
