We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role requires you to work on-site at our Houston or Dallas office two days a week. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting our sales and marketing teams with data management, reporting, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity.
- Customize Salesforce features and workflows to meet business needs.
- Provide user support and training for Salesforce-related issues.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in either our Houston or Dallas office two days per week.
