HR Manager - Direct Hire
100% onsite Owosso, MI
Pay Range $75k – 85k
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience managing multiple payroll schedules for both hourly and salaried employees
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar human resources role
- Strong people management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR systems, databases, and metrics
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, including managing multiple payroll schedules for both hourly and salaried employees (7 distinct payrolls: 2 bi-weekly and 5 weekly)
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Maintain and manage compensation and benefits programs
- Provide insights, metrics, and decision support to management
Technical Environment: Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, Employee Navigator, and Sage
