As the Senior PM you will be responsible for ensuring the deployment of fiber on projects nationwide. You will be responsible for the coordination with contractors, public utilities, equipment vendors and internal department. You will be the single point of contact for all construction activity and ideally will have 10+ years of Fiber/OSP construction experience.
Role:
- Manage Fiber construction projects by leading different internal teams and vendors.
- Develop project plans, budgets and schedules
- Ensure internal teams and vendors are adhering to the schedule
- Own relationships with municipalities, utilities etc
- Oversee procurement of equipment and project specific materials
- Execute the bid process, budget and cost control/financial reporting
- Track project progress, budget, purchase orders, change orders through project close out
- Maintain project documentation
- Manage multiple RFP’s and construction responses and develop scheduled
- Be able to interpret construction documents
- Must be familiar with all facets of OSP management, quoting, construction and delivery
- Ensure that all projects are executed to construction safety standards
