Perform physical and chemical testing for topical formulations including but not limited to chromatography (GC and HPLC), particle size analysis, rheology, microscopy, and physical appearance.
Ensure analytical testing of in-process, Drug Product (DP), stability samples and raw materials (API, excipients, and container closures) is performed according to GMP regulations.
Performs laboratory work and peer reviews of analytical data in support of tech transfer and routine manufacturing.
Analyze and review data generated prior to submitting the data to the next level of review, including performing routine data calculations.
Assist R&D in test method development for QA/ QC related analytical tests.
Assist with chemical safety program through the management of chemical inventory and Safety Data Sheets.
Carry out laboratory work as directed by senior laboratory personnel with minimal supervision.
Assist management in deviations and laboratory investigations for OOS, OOT, and aberrant results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret and analyze experimental results.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and have worked successfully in a team environment.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
