Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Minooka, IL. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the offer process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to accommodate a diverse candidate pool.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
