Focus:
- Operate and monitor blow molding machines to ensure optimal performance and bottle quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
- Start up and set parameters for blow molding machines, ensuring correct operation and bottle quality.
- Clean and maintain molds and perform regular inspections of bottle testers to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct quality checks on bottles and resolve any defects or issues independently.
- Keep work area organized and complete all required clean-up assignments.
Skill Set:
- High school diploma or equivalent and proven experience operating blow molding machines or comparable equipment
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in understanding and adjusting machine settings for optimal production.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, particularly with blow molding, is preferred.
