Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney at the Law Office of Dean H. Kayes, P.C. & Associates in the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility for remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for tasks such as providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiation, and handling labor and employment law matters.

Qualifications
- J.D./ LL.M. from a top-tier U.S. law school
- Licensed in California (additional state license(s) ideal)
- 5+ years of experience as an attorney at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department advising, counseling, structuring, and negotiating technology, licensing, and intellectual property-related transactions.
- Experience in corporate law, M&A, or intellectual property law
- Strong working knowledge of technology, licensing, outsourcing, intellectual property laws and regulations as well as privacy and information security laws in the financial services realm including GLBA, CCPA, and GDPR
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
