Our client is a waste management company and looking for an Area Sales Manager based in Chesterbrook, PA.
This person will manage 7 inside sales reps and 7 outside sales reps who will be selling the full range of the company’s services. They will be responsible for maintaining and growing 70 million dollars in volume. This person will work from the office but be in field working with reps as well.
-Some experience managing people
-Experience in the waste business is a strong plus
-Experience selling a service is a strong plus
-Experience with logistics is a strong plus
-Experience in the industrial marketplace is a strong plus
-Willing to do an occasional overnight
-A four-year college degree is strongly preferred
Compensation ranges from 114k – 135k plus a 20% bonus, company car, and full benefits.
