Summary:
As our Associate Repair Supervisor, you will successfully drive the repair business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customers and peers. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and monitoring safety guidelines.
- Providing learning opportunities for the team.
- Managing a schedule
- Managing team’s overall performance.
- Collaborate with all levels of organization to achieve business goals.
- Learn and leverage new technologies.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise
- 2+ years of supervisory experience ideally leading a union represented workforce
- Associate’s degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
