This attorney will work on employment, business, and real estate litigation matters. works with high-end, Fortune 500 companies. This is complex work that requires a strong basis in writing!
Attorney Duties:
- Will handle cases from A-Z, working on 5 or 6 big cases.
- Strong writing and research is crucial.
- Discovery, case management and analyses, motion practice, legal research, depositions.
- Partners are big on the quality of work.
- Heavy client contact.
- 1800 billable hour goal.
Compensation, Benefits:
- Salary up to $170,000.
- Bonus: 15% for origination along with a year -end bonus based on individual and firm performance.
- Medical plan through Blue Shield Silver, with the firm contributing a good portion. Dental and vision are paid.
- 401k- safe harbor – 3% eligible after 1 year

Requirements for Position:
- Must be a member of the CA Bar.
- Commutable on a hybrid basis to the Valley.
- Must have at least 3 (preferably 5) years of experience in civil litigation with employment and business litigation experience.
