PRINCIPAL STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER - SEEKING LOCAL CANDIDATES FOR HYBRID ROLE

We're looking for a Staff/Principal Software Engineer(Full-Stack) to bring our Ecommerce and Marketing Technologies to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
· Shape the Future of Online Shopping: Be the mastermind behind our Shopify storefront, enhancing the user experience with seamless performance and back-end architecture of key DTC systems.
· Innovate with Flexibility: Implement and update Shopify templates/themes or introduce headless CMS architectures that make our systems more flexible and scalable.
· Boost Our Martech Stack and Data Systems: Optimize and maintain our marketing technology stack, ensuring data systems are top-notch.
· Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with Growth & Marketing, Design, and Product teams to deliver digital experiences that set new standards.
· Problem Solve Like a Pro: Troubleshoot and resolve any front-end issues that arise, keeping our digital channels running smoothly.
· Lead Engineering Excellence: Drive the development of core engineering processes that boost operational excellence.
What You Bring:
· Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of full-stack development experience, especially in consumer web, subscription, or DTC business.
· Technical Expertise: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js).
· Key: Experience with Shopify’s Liquid template language and headless CMS solutions is a must.
· Back-End Savvy: Some experience with back-end solutions architecture, influencing and contributing to the optimization of back-end systems.
· Process-Oriented: A track record of developing core engineering processes and driving operational excellence.
