As our Director of Enterprise Customer Success, you will be a key player in managing and growing enterprise-level client relationships, particularly within the streaming and entertainment sectors. You will drive growth by partnering with internal teams on strategic initiatives, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and continually innovating to meet evolving client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer relationships, partnerships, and account strategy for enterprise-level streaming service and entertainment accounts, driving growth through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic initiatives.
- Set and achieve ambitious annual and quarterly goals, aligning account performance with overall company revenue and growth targets.
- Lead account teams to align internal resources with customer needs, ensuring consistent delivery of services and addressing any quality or satisfaction issues as an escalation point.
- Conduct regular business reviews, maintain accurate account forecasts, and monitor financial health trends to make strategic account-level decisions.
- Support the VP of Customer Success in planning and goal setting, actively using CRM tools for growth planning and consistently adhering to best practices in business development.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of experience working with or within global, enterprise-level companies in the entertainment and/or streaming service space.
- Extensive experience building trusted, successful partnerships with internal and external clients.
- Strong background in account, project, program, or campaign management, with a proven track record of delivering innovation, scalability, and measurable results.
- Proven business acumen with a history of setting and achieving ambitious goals and KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and team members.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Active Campaign and Seamless AI.
- Previous experience in leadership roles.
- Experience working within an agency environment is a plus.
