Our client is seeking a Support Specialist for a 9-month contract in Enon, OH. Will be working on an onsite schedule for training then transition to hybrid.
Contract Duration: 9 Months (W2 Contract open to conversion/extension)
Required Skills & Experience
- Coordination, logistical, operational, or administrative support experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel (EXCEL HEAVY position, tested in interview process)
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Senior Scheduler: Assist with scheduling In-Store Coaches, Kickoff Meetings, and other Operational Support Meetings. Work in coordination with Operations for administrative and Field Training activities, ensuring that the Senior Scheduler's tasks are efficiently handled. This support will also extend to coordinating with other staff members or departments to facilitate smooth scheduling processes.
- Support the Change Manager: Create and maintain a document that tracks the tasks and activities of daily change management. The Task Tracker will include details such as task descriptions, deadlines, priority levels, status updates, and any other relevant information. Help the Change Manager stay organized and ensure that important tasks are completed in a timely manner.
