Job DescriptionKey tasks & responsibilities:- Responsible for creating internal sample orders for products & services.
- Responsible for VTAM tool tagging and invoicing process
- Responsible for AR tracking and collection
- Responsible for tracking B-contract updates and for timely internal price adjustment
- Maintains customer contracts for accuracy to agreed parameters and communicates relevant data internally (for example PN cancellation)
- Creation and circulation of I.O. for the purpose of organizational awareness (price changes etc.)
- Support prototype pricing and internal ordering
- Volume Planning: transferring planning hypothesis on P/N level in planning tool (project structure of complete market)
- Volume Verification/Alignment: Credibility of CF volume, alignment with logistic department of the plants
- Reporting/Analysis: Standard and ad-hoc reporting of price changes, volumes
- Support preparation of audits
- Scope: series production and aftermarket business
Qualifications- 2+ year sales or planning experience.
- Knowledge of steering products and systems.
- Skilled with MSOffice Suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
