About:
An international top AM law firm are looking to onboard a Structured Finance Associate to join their practice group. The position is open to their Chicago office location.
The team focuses on powerhouse investment management, tax and financial restructuring teams at a global level. The practice group work on in-depth matters including CLO transactions, marketplace loans and other asset classes transactions. They are looking to onboard an associate who is able to keep up in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The role requires:
- A minimum of two years’ relevant law firm experience.
- Broad knowledge of structured finance and securitisation experience.
- Experience in structuring, documentation, and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders.
- Leverage finance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Proven transaction management ability.
- Experience in developing client relationships and business development.
- Ability to provide excellent client service.
- Excellent academic background.
- Experience of working on site with clients.
- Ability to develop and apply technical knowledge and professional skills.
- Work effectively with and through people.
