Key Responsibilities:
- Execute fundamental operations like weighing and dispensing, prepping, and kit staging.
- Perform internal support tasks including stocking materials, updating SOP binders, and discarding expired reagents.
- Document work in compliance with cGMP and cGDP standards.
- Adhere to safety standards and report abnormalities.
- Maintain production areas following predefined 5S standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree or vocational training in biotechnology preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a cGMP-regulated industry is a plus.
- Ability to work with SOPs and follow detailed procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a complex, technical setup.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a 24/7 shift structure with flexibility.
