Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on Order Management to join our DevOps team. Candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Order Management systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge to ensure the stability and efficiency of Order Management operations within a live production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day production support for the Oracle Fusion Order Management module, addressing and resolving system issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Work closely with business users to understand and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions and workarounds to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Monitor and manage the performance of Oracle Fusion Order Management systems, identifying potential areas of improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of the Oracle Fusion Order Management module to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of production support processes, system configurations, and customizations.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance activities, ensuring minimal impact on production operations.
- Conduct regular system health checks and proactively address any potential issues before they impact business operations.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams to enhance their understanding and usage of Oracle Fusion Order Management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in a production support role, specializing in Oracle Fusion Order Management.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical and functional issues within Oracle Fusion Order Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex production issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working with both technical teams and business users.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic production support environment.
