Primary Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for all social media platforms
- Implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our online community
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and generate reports
- Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize performance
Community Engagement:
- Foster and grow online communities through active engagement with followers
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional manner
Campaign Execution:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing social campaigns
Website Updates:
- Regularly update and maintain content on the company website(s) to ensure accuracy and relevance
Employee Recognition / Celebrations:
- Owner of Bullhorn TV graphics and announcements
- Assist with the organization and execution of celebrations for employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestones
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through thoughtful recognition initiative

Key Qualifications:

- 3+ years of proven professional experience in social media management and digital marketing in a B2B setting
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO and online marketing strategies
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
