Job Description:

Oversee/ Handle all purchasing for office equipment
Assist the head of the field office, in finance matters to ensure an effective management of financial resources.
Aid clients with cash flow management
Handle client requests promptly and professionally.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups and confirmations.
Be present for client meetings and conference calls for both notetaking and participation as well as ensuring actionable items are followed up on.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance logs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or associate degree in Finance, or a related field preferred.
Background in banking and/or mortgage underwriting
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Some knowledge and interest of overall wealth management, investments, tax strategies and estate planning solutions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
Team player who can work independently or collaborate with a group.
