A top Massachusetts GC is seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Supervising construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are met.
- Resource management and procurement.
- Communication with stakeholders and problem-solving.
- Documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Five years + experience working in a Superintendent position
- Prior experience in healthcare, multi-family, or private education projects is a plus
- Degree is preferred but not essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
